The City of Mississauga (the City) is considering options for implementing a Software As a Service (SaaS) solution that includes a modern scalable and secure employee survey/voice platform and professional/expert services to manage and administer different types of Employee Surveys. The platform must have the capability to allow the City to conduct, manage and administer, however, is not limited to the following:
Professional/Expert services required to provide guidance in building an employee voice strategy, providing custom executive level reports with predictive analytics. The solution including reporting must be AODA compliant. |
