Mechanical Contractors are hereby invited to submit their credentials to pre-qualify for tendering on the Mechanical Contractors for Mechanical Improvements at Paramount Fine Foods Centre project. It is the City’s intent that up to seven (7) top ranked respondents will be pre-qualified to bid on this project. The City of Mississauga (the “City”) has identified a need to replace and upgrade the existing HVAC system, including the Building Automation System (BAS), and the refrigeration plants serving the Main Bowl (rink 1) and Community Rinks 2, 3 and 4 in order to maintain the City facilities in good working conditions, improve the overall building efficiency and reduce the operating cost while providing reliable services to the community. |
