Description: 

The Corporation of the City of Mississauga is seeking multiple qualified Suppliers to complete City-wide tree maintenance over a five to seven year period. Maintenance will include scheduled pruning, tree removals and stump removals as well as unscheduled (on-demand) services which will also include debris clean up and emergency work.

Bidders must be able to demonstrate that they have the capacity to satisfy contract requirements and: 

a. Are readily available to undertake contract requirements.
b. Have a minimum of five (5) year’s experience with urban tree maintenance.
c. Have a proven track record of providing continuous working crews and meeting established project
schedules.
d. Have sufficient staff (including administrative staff) and capacity to properly service and administer
the contract.
e. Have relevant experience on projects of comparable size, scope and complexity to that described in the
SOW.
f. Have sufficient certified and trained crew members and requisite vehicles/equipment to meet the City's
needs as described in the SOW.
