The City invites proposals from qualified firms for post service inspections for City Forestry contracts.  The successful Supplier will inspect work completed by service contractors as well as review, design, and provide feedback for plans for boulevard landscape design around the City. 

The brief scope of Work includes: 

  1. Finalizing Inspection schedule of inspection site visits.
  2. Completing inspections for turf and horticulture assets.
  3. Submitting completed inspection forms to City Contract Manager.
  4. Reviewing and/or designing landscape plans. 

It is anticipated that this season’s work will be from July 2026 to November 2026, with the 2027 season starting in April or May.

 

The City's budget for inspections for a full season (April – November) is approximately $50,000 (excluding HST).
