Contractor to supply and install appropriate LED lighting fixtures and controls in accordance with the specifications and good electrical practice. Contractor to provide any required training and to support work related to incentives such as taking and providing the necessary pictures and details, along with disposal certificates. The Deliverables are divided into two Parts. One Part is for Phase 3A Yards, and the other Part is for Phase 3C Libraries. Notwithstanding any other provision in this bid request, the City intends to award the contract to the lowest compliant bidder for each Part. A bidder may be award one or both Parts, based on the lowest overall cost to the City. |
