The scope of work involves the hydraulic raising of concrete sidewalk bays (1.8m x 1.5m average bay size) throughout the City by “mud jacking” method to a corrected elevation and re-patching of old sidewalk cores as required. The intent of the sidewalk jacking is to correct deficiencies in the sidewalk including elevation differences causing tripping hazards and or to correct slope in order to eliminate ponding water from the sidewalk. It is expected that the Contractor possess the expertise required to achieve the desired results within 15 working days of work order issuance.

A Work Order may consist of one or multiple locations and there will be no minimum amount of sidewalk jacking or re-patching of holes per location.
