The project scope involves releveling and/or repaving of Areas 1, 2, 3 and 4 outlined in Drawing C1-03. These areas have uneven settlement that require removal and storage of the existing permeable pavers, removal and replacement of the granular subbase and base granular materials below grade, including compaction and reinstallation of the permeable pavers and the refilling of new joint material OR repaving with new reinforced concrete. Additionally, all cracked and broken permeable pavers are to be replaced to match existing type and pattern. All parking lot and driveway areas outside of Area 1, 2 and 3 are to be filled with joint infill material, as per Appendix E drawings and specifications.
