The Corporation of the City of Mississauga (the “City”) invites proposals from qualified vendors to provide an Online Platform for the Sale and Redemption of Promotional Green Fee Packages at the City of Mississauga’s golf courses.

The City of Mississauga operates two (2) Golf Courses - Lakeview and BraeBen , as described below:

Lakeview 18 Hole Golf Course

Lakeview Golf Course is one of the gems of Ontario's golf scene; rich in history.  Lakeview has twice hosted Canada's national golf championship, the Canadian Open (won by C.W Hackney in 1923 and Tommy Armour in 1934). The course also hosted the very first Ontario Open and Ontario Amateur championships, both in 1923.

At its present location since 1907, Lakeview Golf Course has changed very little since Tommy Armour, Gene Sarazen, Walter Hagen, and other golfing greats challenged for Canada's national crown. The beautiful Herbert Strong designed traditional parkland style layout is 6,340 yards in length with a par of 71. The large sloping greens have subtle breaks that require a deft putting touch.

BraeBen 18 Hole Golf Course

This public par 72 Championship Course features 18 challenging holes and totals 6,415 yards from the back tees. Set amongst dramatic landforms, the wind swept course features tall grasses, pristine fairways, greens and tees, with challenging pot bunkers, all reminiscent of golf's early beginnings.

Borrowing from this heritage, the name of the course-BraeBen-is Gaelic for 'slope' and 'mountain or hill'. The elevated playing surface ensures that wind will be a factor most days,just like the challenging conditions found in the Highlands of Scotland.

BraeBen 9 Hole Golf Course

The BraeBen 9 Hole Par 3 Course borders the south end of our championship course and offers a variety of options for all ages and skill levels.  This unique Par 3, 9 hole course features holes measuring between 100-200 yards and offers a great variety of shot-making tests and challenges.

Brief Scope

The successful Bidder (herein called the “Service Provider “) will be required to provide an online platform for the sale and redemption of green fee packages at each of the City courses as mentioned above and according to the golf packages described in Appendix A.  The approximate annual quantity of golf packages sold, but not limited to, is 6,000.
