The Corporation of the City of Mississauga (the “City”) is soliciting suppliers who are interested in participating in a roster of rental and lease suppliers for vehicles required by the City on an as and when required basis. The roster will be in place for a three (3) year period. Rental vehicles are intended to be utilized for any need consisting of very short term (1-3 days) up to medium term (up to 12 months). Leased vehicles, when required, are intended to be utilized for longer term requirements of 12 months and up to 48 months. The intent is to form a roster of vehicle rental and lease companies who have the resources and proven experience in providing the required services.

Rental vehicles that may be required for the duration of the roster include compact cars (hybrid & fully electric), mid-size car (hybrid & fully electric), compact SUV/Crossover (hybrid & fully electric), mid-size SUV (hybrid), passenger van (ICE & hybrid), ½ Ton Pick-Up (ICE & Full Electric), ¾ Ton Pick-Up and Cargo Van and 1 Ton Pick-Up Crew Cab, 6’ Box.

Leased vehicles that may be required for the duration of the roster include compact cars (hybrid & fully electric), mid-size car (hybrid & fully electric), compact SUV/Crossover (hybrid & fully electric), mid-size SUV (hybrid), passenger van (ICE & hybrid) and ½ Ton Pick-up (ICE & Full Electric).
