Description: 

The Corporation of the City of Mississauga (“the City”) is seeking to procure a General Contractor to perform, without limiting the project scope, the supply and installation of all components necessary for the Malton Community Centre Facility Renewal Project. The scope of work includes:


-flooring replacement in the library and fitness area,
-replacing the library circulation desk
-renovation of the existing washrooms
-replacement of hot water tanks, sump pumps, and a rooftop unit
-replacing sections of the roof and localized roof repairs
-replacement of the power distribution system, including the transformer, mainswitchboard, and distribution panels, and a step down transformer
