The City has various Real Estate projects that may need professional Real Property Acquisition and Negotiation Services as specified in the Statement of Work. These services require Bidders to provide qualified resources and skills to complete assignments related to the negotiation and acquisition of real property interests typically seen in a multi-property project, or complex property negotiation. Such projects have specified budgets and time constraints relative to the acquisition and completion of the project. Tasks are usually property specific, although they may be subsets of a larger project. Assignments may be highly specialized requiring a rare or unique skill or knowledge for a defined period of time. 

The City is seeking to establish a roster of qualified and experienced professional firms capable of providing services outlined within this procurement request.
