| Description: |
The City requires armoured courier services to pick up bills, coins, cheques and other securities from various locations and deliver them to the City’s designated bank (the CIBC CURRENCY OPERATIONS) or other locations. Bidders must be able to demonstrate to the City’s satisfaction that they have appropriate staff, equipment, facilities, insurance, management policies and skills to satisfactorily carry out the services as described in the RFP. The Agreement with the successful Bidder shall be for a five (5) year term, anticipated to be in effect from November 1, 2026, to October 31, 2031. The City shall have the option to renew the Agreement at its sole discretion for an additional up to five (5) year term.
